We loved the king size double beds, the spectacular view from our room, and the 24/7 shuttle service to the airport. The driver was quick and efficient. The food at the restaurant downstairs was also good.

The room at this Holiday Inn was impressive, much nicer than other Holiday Inns I've stayed at. The renovation was done well and the room had modern amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a convenient shuttle to the airport. Even though the hotel is near the airport, it wasn't too noisy. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel for its great room and friendly staff.

Early check-in granted for our exhausted state, allowing us to rest before further family visits. Friendly and accommodating staff, spacious and comfortable room. This hotel is really close to the airport, which is amazing if you have an early morning flight or arriving late at night. The rooms are spacious with good facilities, and the bed was super comfortable. The shuttle service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and hardworking.

This hotel was exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. The rooms are quite large and comfortable, and the staff was very nice. The location, though not ideal for downtown San Francisco, was chosen because of its proximity to the airport. The basic amenities were all in order, and they even offer a lovely dinner option.

No major issues - all was great at this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was super close to the airport, which made it incredibly convenient for our early flight. The shuttle service was quick and easy, and the staff was very helpful. In addition to the great location, the room amenities were top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the coffee maker and refrigerator were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the bar/lounge area and restaurant, which had an excellent selection of food and drink at reasonable prices.

We loved the clean rooms, friendly staff, and well-appointed lobby. The large rooms were comfortable, and the short drive to the airport was a huge plus. The shuttle service was prompt and convenient. Even though we arrived late, the lobby bar looked inviting.
