We booked this hotel for its convenient location across from the airport as we had an early morning flight. The Stay and Park option saved us money compared to other parking options. The beds, linens, and pillows were excellent, and the bar served delicious food and drinks. The bartender was friendly and efficient, ensuring all orders were taken care of promptly. The shuttle service was reliable and clean.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff were amazing, especially Lindsey, who was incredibly sweet and attentive. The location was convenient, just 8 minutes from the airport and around 20 minutes from the city center. I loved the attention to detail, like the complimentary coffee, water, and fresh fruits in the lobby. The rooms were comfortable, with very comfy beds and all the basic amenities you would need for a pleasant stay.

No improvements necessary, everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel was also ideal, being close to the airport and easily accessible from the highway. This allowed us to conveniently explore the city and easily catch our flight without any stress.

The curtains appeared to be dirty, possibly from previous spills or stains, which affected the overall cleanliness of the room. Additionally, we encountered issues with the phones in the room, as one of them was not active.

What a fantastic xmas experience at this hotel! The newly renovated rooms were clean and fresh, and the staff, especially Lindsey at the Reception Desk, made us feel incredibly welcome. The best part was that despite being near the airport, the rooms were quiet with no noise disturbance at all. Another great perk was the complimentary laundry room, which was a lifesaver after 2 weeks of traveling. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, providing a relaxing stay.

While the overall experience was great, there were a couple of downsides. Additionally, the absence of a continental breakfast was a letdown considering the price of the rooms.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It had a new and clean feel to it. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even when I requested to switch rooms. The hotel also had nice amenities, like in-room bottled water and carafes of hot coffee in the lobby. the experience was great and I would definitely book here again.

The only downside was that the staff didn't intervene when some disruptive children were running around and disturbing diners in the lobby. It would have been better if they had addressed the situation to ensure a peaceful dining experience for everyone.

Had an amazing Xmas experience at this hotel! They offered complementary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby and even had a Christmas tree. Plus, it's located at a walking distance from the mall and the movie theatre. the room was very cozy, had a nice view, and the bed was super comfortable. I also enjoyed the fitness center, which had state-of-the-art equipment.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn near the airport. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with lovely decorations that made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly kind, even letting me borrow a Christmas tree decoration so my kids didn't miss out on Santa's visit. The in-house restaurant/bar was a convenient and delicious option for dining. Everything was clean and fresh, and the AC kept the room comfortable all night.

Rooms were immaculate, decorated with charming details and very spacious. Excellent breakfast served hot and fresh every morning until 10. Good location near the airport and highways, easy and safe access with free parking. Great value for the quality of service and amenities provided.
