This place was perfect for my stay in downtown. The location was great for the conference I was attending, right across the street. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially Wendy at the front desk. She was knowledgeable and had a great personality. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sitting area. The food options in the hotel were fabulous. I enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant and the café, and the view from the gallery area was so pleasant. it was a great place to relax and enjoy good food and drinks.

The staff was a bit rude when I asked to check in, but they were really sweet when they wanted me to check out.

The staff during the night shift were also accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one.

The location is perfect, with easy access to downtown attractions and the world fair park. One of the major drawbacks of my stay was the noise level in the room. the windows seemed to be thin, as I could hear every car that passed by outside, and was even awakened multiple times by sirens and trucks backing up.

The hotel's location was its biggest advantage- close to downtown restaurants and Market Square, next to World's Fair Park, and so close to everything. The room we stayed in was clean and comfy, with a small fridge.

The hotel needs to work on its hygiene standards. The lobby furniture was dirty, and there were reports of housekeeping not being up to the mark.

I had a great stay at this place! The location was fantastic, right across the street from a beautiful park and a cool landmark. I could easily walk to restaurants, shopping, and market square. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a small fridge and plenty of storage space. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. The king-size bed with a duvet was so comfortable, and I really appreciated the room upgrade and dining coupons I received.
