I had a great experience staying at this hotel. the shuttle service was awesome, making it easy for me to get around. the beds were comfortable and the decor was nice. Additionally, the property was modern and clean, providing a pleasant environment. the hotel's convenient location near the freeway made it easy for me to travel to and from my business meetings.

There were a couple of negative aspects. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to see glasses, pizza boxes, and trays left outside the rooms for hours, giving an unclean impression.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Little Rock and I had a great experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, I slept like a baby. The bathroom mirrors were perfect for doing my makeup, the lighting around them was fantastic. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Christmas stay! the holiday cheer was palpable and the staff was warm and inviting. We loved the complimentary hot chocolate and gingerbread cookies in the lobby. the location was perfect for our visit to downtown attractions and the free shuttle was a bonus. the bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep.

The room was a bit disappointing. we had a great Christmas getaway and would consider staying here again.

I also loved the pillows and comforters, and the pool was refreshing. a perfect 10!

The breakfast offerings could be improved by ensuring the napkin box is always full and providing a sufficient amount of toilet paper in the rooms. The staff could benefit from more training to better handle guest requests.
