The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. The microwave in my room was outdated and barely worked.

The shuttle service to the Vienna Metro made exploring Washington effortless. Breakfast was reasonable, but I wished it ran longer. Would stay again!

I really enjoyed the king-sized bed and the hot tub was a nice little getaway right in my room! ! The staff was supportive, especially one friendly night staff member who always made sure we were taken care of.

the hotel had a nice facade, but my room was terrible. I heard the elevator all night, and the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine. also, frankly, I expected a complimentary gesture for all these inconveniences. Almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t. Will definitely not recommend this place. #notimpressed

I loved the comfy bed and the convenience of having a microwave and mini fridge in the room to enjoy snacks. The sun terrace was a perfect spot to relax with a good book and take in the fresh air. One small downside was the WiFi, which had a few hiccups during my stay, but nothing major. 😊
