I love staying at this hotel. From my first visit, the staff recommended a local taxi. Everything suits me perfectly - Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Bar/Lounge, Restaurant, Fitness center. Plus, there's a flat-screen TV, Business center, Pets allowed, Air conditioning. Coming back for the weekend.

My stay at Holiday Inn Downtown was for a quick visit to a nearby medical center. the room, though small, was exceptionally comfortable and clean. the decor was lovely, and the shower was a highlight of my stay. the onsite restaurant and bar were convenient, with delicious food and a friendly staff. the location right next to the highway was perfect for my needs.

The room at Holiday Inn - Louisville Downtown was spacious, clean, and had a modern design. The location was very convenient, as it was right next to the highway and close to the University of Physicians Center. The restaurant and bar onsite were a great bonus, and the food was delicious, especially the burger. Check-in was quick and easy with a helpful and entertaining staff member named Jay.

Parking was a challenge as there was not enough space at the hotel. We had to park in a parking garage a block and a half away.

The bathroom had a small spot on the wall that looked like blood. the room was too tight for four people and there were only three towels available.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring downtown activities, being close to the waterfront and just a stone's throw away from the downtown core. The spacious and clean rooms provide a comfortable stay, complemented by the friendly and courteous staff. Additionally, the onsite restaurant and bar offer delicious meals and drinks.
