I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Tallahassee! The staff went above and beyond when my family member fell ill during our trip. They quickly arranged for a rollaway bed to be delivered to our room, ensuring our comfort and convenience. The level of care and assistance provided by the staff, especially Sam, Travis, and Kristl, was truly exceptional. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning with my family and friends.

Everyone was so friendly. The lady who runs it is the sweetest! Her staff that I had contact with were pleasant. Even the young man from housekeeping was friendly. The view was beautiful. Trees, nicely mowed lawn, hard to believe you're in the city. Property used to be where Division of Forestry was. Used to have a tower. At least when Forestry left, they kept the beauty of the trees! This was one of the most modern and upscale Homewood Suites I've been to. Everything in the room and the hotel looked brand new and very clean! The beds were so very comfortable and the pillows were like clouds. The rooms were very spacious and the sitting room with a full kitchen was amazing. It was like a small apartment and it had many amenities. The breakfast was fantastic and the omelets were very fluffy and cheesy. There were so many choices for breakfast. I was unable to make the happy hour at night but it looked very nice. This hotel is what others should strive to be! Also, the staff was very professional and very friendly! I felt so at home I didn't want to leave!

The staff was awesome! Everyone was so friendly. Cindy, who checked us in, could not have been nicer. The location was great, close to restaurants and shops, and on the hill with a beautiful view. The room was cozy and had a kitchen with a table, which was convenient for eating takeout.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was excellent and provided a great start to the day. Additionally, the staff members were outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. One staff member, Jakeem, stood out for his exceptional work ethic and dedication to keeping the hotel clean. the hotel also had a convenient location, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

There were a few negative aspects of the hotel. the rooms were in need of upgrades, with furniture that appeared run-down and uncomfortable.

Great location, pet-friendly, laid back environment, friendly employees. Complete set of dishes, glasses, pots, and pans provided. Comfortable bed. Awesome staff, including sweet lady who runs it. Beautiful view with trees and well-maintained lawn. Gym and elevator need improvement. a pleasant stay.

The breakfast and dinner provided at the hotel were exceptional, with delicious food and great service. the staff members, Mrs Stephanie and Theo, were consistently friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. the hotel also had a great location, close to local attractions and convenient for those with business in the area. Additionally, the hotel had a cozy and inviting courtyard with a fire pit, which was a nice touch.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, which caused some inconveniences. the heating and air conditioning system had some issues, making it difficult to regulate the room temperature properly.

The kitchen had all the necessary tools. The breakfast buffet had tasty sausage gravy. The bed was comfortable and we received a free upgrade to a 2-room, 2-bath suite. The staff was friendly and even called about a lost bracelet. The location was convenient and pet-friendly.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a great location. It offers excellent value for money and is close to a variety of restaurants and shops. The attention to detail and fully equipped kitchen in the rooms make it perfect for a family event. Additionally, the included breakfast served meal-type food, providing a convenient start to the day.

We received an amazing upgrade at no extra charge, from a one room two queen beds to a two room two bath suite. The staff, especially Crystal, went above and beyond to ensure we didn't lose a bracelet and called us personally. The location was quiet and peaceful, away from traffic noise, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining everything from the wifi code to breakfast hours.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety or options.
