I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Tallahassee! The staff went above and beyond when my family member fell ill during our trip. They quickly arranged for a rollaway bed to be delivered to our room, ensuring our comfort and convenience. The level of care and assistance provided by the staff, especially Sam, Travis, and Kristl, was truly exceptional. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning with my family and friends.

Everyone was so friendly. The lady who runs it is the sweetest! Her staff that I had contact with were pleasant. Even the young man from housekeeping was friendly. The view was beautiful. Trees, nicely mowed lawn, hard to believe you're in the city. Property used to be where Division of Forestry was. Used to have a tower. At least when Forestry left, they kept the beauty of the trees! This was one of the most modern and upscale Homewood Suites I've been to. Everything in the room and the hotel looked brand new and very clean! The beds were so very comfortable and the pillows were like clouds. The rooms were very spacious and the sitting room with a full kitchen was amazing. It was like a small apartment and it had many amenities. The breakfast was fantastic and the omelets were very fluffy and cheesy. There were so many choices for breakfast. I was unable to make the happy hour at night but it looked very nice. This hotel is what others should strive to be! Also, the staff was very professional and very friendly! I felt so at home I didn't want to leave!

Rooms are spacious with two rooms and two baths options available at no extra cost. The front desk staff went beyond usual protocol by calling guests after checkout to inform them about a misplaced item. Highly recommended for its exceptional service and amenities.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, which caused some inconveniences. the heating and air conditioning system had some issues, making it difficult to regulate the room temperature properly.
