The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a nice, dog-friendly porch. They efficiently accommodated our room request.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the pool - it was a great way to relax and have fun. The beds were incredibly comfortable and made for a restful night's sleep. The rooms themselves were also nice and well-maintained.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.

The staff was great! Breakfast was wonderful. The location is perfect for WVU football games, about a 15 min walk to the stadium. Convenient parking and tailgating right there. The hotel is clean, brightly lit, and modern with updated decor and amenities. The Atria restaurant/bar is amazing.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the university and had an amazing experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with everything being very clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the huge bathroom and the ice cold A/C in the room. The parking was plentiful and well lit, making it convenient and safe. The hotel's location was superb, being close to a WVU's PRT stop, the stadium, and a variety of restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was decent and satisfying.

We stayed at Holiday Inn for a short time before a doctor's appointment. The building itself was beautiful and the rooms were nice and clean. The bed was firm but comfortable, and the pillows were surprisingly good. The breakfast was amazing, with options like scrambled eggs, meats, biscuits & gravy, and small pancakes. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay exceptional. I also loved the bathroom soaps and lotion provided.

This place is amazing! It is so close to everything I need, which makes it super convenient. I really liked the room service and the dry cleaning. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. The swimming pool and sun terrace were delightful and perfect for lounging around. The free shuttle service is also very handy.

He offered my husband a complimentary breakfast buffet when there was a mix-up with our breakfast inclusion. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was friendly. During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with a few key features. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient. It was situated in a prime spot, close to various attractions and amenities, allowing me to easily explore the area. Lastly, I enjoyed the in, room coffee maker, microwave, and fridge, which provided added convenience and allowed me to enjoy some snacks and hot beverages during my stay.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly like during my stay. I was disappointed to find that there was no breakfast included with my stay.

Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Roomy shower. Big comfy pillows. Roomy refrigerator. Gym, pool, and washing machines. Conveniently located near Walgreens. Friendly and helpful night staff. Accommodating to trip needs.
