I had an amazing stay as the hotel is just a 10-minute stroll to Disney Springs, offering tons of dining and shopping options, and it’s also only a short shuttle ride to the Disney parks, which was super convenient for my family! The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and sparkling clean, providing a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The restaurant surprised us with delicious food, including one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. However, parking was a bit pricey, but that didn’t overshadow the fantastic overall experience.

The room was larger than expected, clean, and surprisingly quiet. The temperature control worked well, ensuring a comfortable environment. the carpet showed signs of age with some stains that could use a deep clean. The bathroom had noticeable black patches, which detracted from the overall experience. The bed was a bit worn, and the furnishings felt outdated, with a broken door latch and a loose balcony door handle. While some aspects fell short, the staff’s attentiveness made a difference. They promptly addressed issues like the AC and safe, which added a touch of relief amidst the room’s drawbacks.

The friendly staff made us feel right at home! Our spacious room with a private balcony offered stunning views and those fireworks were just magical. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation after a long day at the parks!

Excellent staff. The location shines, mere steps from Disney Springs. While the amenities are solid—clean rooms, cozy atmosphere, and a fantastic hot tub—a major change looms: the absence of Disney buses. For those without a car, this could be a significant inconvenience, especially after a long day in the sun. The food options are limited but reasonably priced, and Eddie at the bar makes a standout impression. the decor feels tired, suggesting a need for updates. Housekeeping was inconsistent; it's crucial for management to address that. It’s a good stay, yet some enhancements would elevate the experience. A thoughtful eye on logistics and amenities could make it a great one.

The hotel's restaurant had a fantastic deal where buying an adult meal scored a free kids' one, offering a budget-friendly dining experience. Located within walking distance of a vibrant area akin to a Disney playground, it was the epitome of a family-friendly paradise.

My wife says that the swimming pool area needed better maintenance.

Our room was a letdown—dirty comforters, dusty bathroom, and a complete lack of towels. The chaos during check-in was frustrating, with long lines and no one to help.

Fantastic stay with great amenities and service

Our experience at Holiday Inn Orlando - Disney Springs was excellent. The attentive staff, convenient bus service to Disney, and daily breakfast saved us time and money. The heated pool was a hit with my kids, and Mr Jose at the café made dining a pleasure!

The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. The free shuttle service to nearby attractions was a huge plus for us with kids.

It wasn’t cheap, but it was still reasonable for what we got.

It's a quick 4-minute drive to Disney Springs, which was awesome for a quick bite and some fun. The room was extremely clean, and I even scored some snacks from the lobby vending machine. Carpets were a bit worn in spots, but overall, it was no biggie, still a rad place! 🌴

Housekeeping was super friendly! The breakfast blew me away, like fancy Vegas level! Jaime was awesome, always checking in, and the service from Jose and Kelly was top-notch. The chef, Francisco, made the best omelets! Room faced the pool with Epcot fireworks. Loved the Dove soaps too! Fitness center and hot tub were great. Had some noise issues but the clerk handled it like a pro.
