As adventure travelers, we were delighted by the proximity of the Holiday Inn to the rowing race course. The location was perfect for us, and we also appreciated having a pool to relax in after our active days. The rooms were modern and clean, exceeding our expectations. The hotel staff, especially Marquis at the restaurant, provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We highly recommend it!

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Philadelphia area and I had a fantastic experience. First of all, the location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was central to many restaurants and stores. I loved that everything was within walking distance, making it so easy to explore the area and find great places to eat. Speaking of restaurants, the hotel itself had some amazing dining options. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, making my dining experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with double beds that ensured a good night's sleep. It was a bonus to have a kitchen in the room, which added extra convenience during my stay. And last but not least, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a nice variety of options to choose from. Starting the day with a satisfying breakfast was a great way to kickstart my mornings.

The manager took care of my daughter's birthday cake and helped us with room issues. The rooms were clean and close to the rowing race course. The pool had a deck for my toddlers to touch. Good value for the price and easy access to stores and restaurants.

Nothing at all.

The room was very nice with comfortable bedding and a spacious bathroom. I also appreciated the convenience of having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. the location was great, as it was across the street from shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. It made it easy to grab anything I needed during my stay.

The public areas of the hotel could use some updating, as they felt a bit outdated. Additionally, the area surrounding the hotel didn't feel especially safe.

The location was convenient, just a short drive away from downtown Philadelphia. the hotel offered a free BBQ dinner and the all-inclusive breakfast, which were both quite good. the staff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and the manager was constantly checking on the guests to ensure excellent customer service.

My experience was marred by a few negative aspects. the front desk staff, specifically an unprofessional and unaccommodating woman, mishandled my reservation.

Absolutely nothing.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Philadelphia-Cherry Hill, I was impressed with the convenient location and ample parking available. The hotel lobby was clean and welcoming, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee in the morning. The rooms were well-equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The spacious shower/bathtub provided a refreshing experience, and the water pressure and temperature were perfect. I also noticed a lovely courtyard for smokers, which was a nice touch even as a non-smoker. my stay at this Holiday Inn was clean and comfortable, and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting the area.

I did notice that the wall sockets in the room were not functioning, which made it inconvenient for blow-drying my hair. Additionally, I had to request room refreshment multiple times during my week-long stay, and I had to personally retrieve extra towels, coffee pods, and toilet paper from the front desk.
