This hotel is a paradise, with a luxurious swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The staff offered impeccable service, ensuring our comfort and enjoyment with remarkable Spa & wellness treatments that were exclusive to our stay. The facial and manicure services we received provided us with a sense of luxury. The private facilities were phenomenal, with a steam room and Jacuzzi which was an excellent stress reliever. The location is a hidden gem, perfect for those searching for peace and quiet.

The hotel didn't offer milk for the coffee in our rooms. We were informed the croissants had run out at breakfast, which was an issue when we were told there were only four rooms booked.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful resort in a charming rural area. The room we were given was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including flip flops and a bathrobe. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Mila, the chambermaid who assisted us upon arrival. Although the restaurant was closed on the day we booked, we enjoyed a lovely dinner by the poolside with our own wine. Breakfast, prepared and served by Mila, offered a plentiful selection. we had a relaxed and enjoyable experience at this fantastic small hotel.

The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the window was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. They offered us a complimentary breakfast and helped us with the luggage. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature, allowing us to disconnect from the city’s hustle and bustle. The spa was the best part of the hotel. We spent most of our time relaxing in the hot tub and getting massages.

Although the hotel had a beautiful appearance, some aspects could be improved. The room was outdated, and the decor was old-fashioned. The bathroom was small, and the shower was not working properly. Despite being in the middle of nature, there was a lot of noise outside our room at night, making it difficult to sleep. The restaurant was overpriced, and the food was not as good as we expected. we enjoyed our weekend, but we expected more from the hotel for the price we paid.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was stunning, with thoughtful amenities like flipflops, a bathrobe, and a bottle of water every day. The little touches like tea, coffee, and chocolates upon arrival were a nice surprise. We would highly recommend Villa Retiro to anyone and can't wait to come back again someday!
