holiday inn had a beautiful swimming pool perfect for unwinding. the staff was super helpful, with francisco making our stay feel special. the room was spacious and comfy. the decor for christmas added a lovely touch to the ambiance.

staff seemed a bit disorganized, leading to confusion with my reservation. however, the queen room was clean and spacious, breakfast had plenty of choices, and the pool was a nice spot to relax. 😊

the overall experience was less than ideal. We had to switch rooms three times due to a thermostat issue, how inconvenient! And the bathroom ceiling leaked, creating quite the mess. I woudl ve been satisfied with a complimentary breakfast to make up for these issues, but alas, nothing was offered, so I'm left disapointed.

The electronic key system needs a serious overhaul, experiencing frequent malfunctions!!! The lobby carpets felt dingy and outdated!!! It’s frustrating when room cleanliness and maintenance issues arise, like leaks or improperly prepared rooms!!!

The staff were fantastic, especially the bartender during happy hour. Unfortunately, the electronic key system was frustrating, requiring frequent reprogramming.

Utilize the community microwave in the lobby for quick meals. it’s a convenient option if you're in a hurry or prefer to save on dining costs.

The staff were absolute legends! Patrick gave us a lekker welcome, and Ant at brekkie made us feel like family. Ethan the bartender was on it, just jiving and keeping everything running smooth. Chilled vibes, really.

The room's got this weird layout and could do with a bit of an uplift, felt a bit dated, ja, no.

The noise levels inside the hotel could definitely use attention!!! Doors slamming and loud conversations were annoying!!! Temperature control issues made for a frustrating stay!!! Maintenance in rooms appeared to lag!!! Smells wafting from the hallways were unpleasant!!!

The room was clean and comfortable, and they had awesome parking and a nice outdoor pool. Our stay felt extra special with Francesco's warm hospitality.

The room was clean and comfortable, but kinda small. The walls didn’t block out much noise, heard slamming doors and voices late at night. The decor felt a bit dated, especially the carpets. Nice touch to have plenty of plug sockets, though! Loved the breakfast options, but noise issues made it hard to truly relax in the room.
