The snack bar manager and the cleaning staff were also wonderful. The breakfasts were delicious and the overall experience was one of the best we've had at a hotel. We highly recommend staying here. we had a great time and would definitely come back.

As avid bike riders, we loved the convenient shuttle service to Busch Gardens and the spacious, well-appointed room. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the delicious little omelettes. The staff went above and beyond, even surprising my son with a thoughtful goodie bag.

This means easy access to the park and even a chance to enjoy the fireworks right from your room. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, staff, and basic amenities.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar. There were stains on the counters and drips on the walls from what seemed like an overuse of Febreze.
