The front desk manager, Ms. Pam, was absolutely amazing and made us feel welcomed with her warm smile. The service provided by Mr. Smooth was impeccable. The snack bar manager and the cleaning staff were also wonderful. The breakfasts were delicious and the overall experience was one of the best we've had at a hotel. We highly recommend staying here. we had a great time and would definitely come back.
