This hotel offers great value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was very nice, right in town, making it excellent to walk to the village with lots of restaurant options. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the hotel had basic amenities. The room itself was excellent, and it was a nice treat to have a fireplace.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of downtown. I could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. There were so many activities to do in this city without having to drive anywhere. The hotel was also situated on an artificial lagoon, which was very unique.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn in Big Bear was excellent. The location was amazing and I loved having a fireplace and Keurig coffee in my room. The lit parking was a plus. I would recommend this hotel.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The room I stayed in was extremely clean and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was just a short 5-7 minute walk to the downtown area. This made it very convenient to explore the city and try out the many amazing restaurants. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including an on-site restaurant called Stillwells which served delicious meals. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process quick and easy.

Stayed at Holiday Inn in Big Bear for a weekend getaway with my family. Friendly greeting by Thomas and Von at the front counter. Spacious room with comfortable beds and a great shower. Effective heating system. Excellent location, easy walk to the village for dinner. Enjoyed breakfast at Stillwells, delicious omelette bar. Helpful staff. My mother lost her fake tooth set and the front desk and cleaning team went out of their way to find it. Staff's kindness greatly appreciated. Great stay overall, would definitely return.

The Lodge At Big Bear Lake offers clean and comfortable rooms with impeccable housekeeping. The hotel is centrally located in the Village area, close to shops and within walking distance to the lake. The King rooms come with fireplaces, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. The hotel also has its own bar and restaurant, serving delicious food and drinks. Guests can enjoy a short drive to attractions like the coaster and alpine slide.

Great hotel for a city break! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning and the friendly staff always greeting us with a smile. the location was central and we were able to walk to all the nearby attractions. We also appreciated having a mini-fridge in the room to store our snacks.

The walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors all night long. the room also had some maintenance issues, like a leaky faucet and a broken lamp.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for exploring the area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk, allowing us to easily experience the local cuisine and enjoy shopping. We particularly enjoyed dining at El Jacalito Mexican & Cantina and the Big Bear Brewery. The hotel also offers a manager's reception hour on Fridays and Saturdays, where we indulged in delicious cocktails and appetizers. The refreshing fruit water in the lobby was a delightful touch. Additionally, the buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations with its omelet station and a variety of tasty options. We made great use of the recreational facilities, especially enjoying the air hockey and pool table. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we were impressed with the quiet and friendly nature of the other guests. Our room, overlooking the pool and parking lot, provided a pleasant view.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Big Bear for a weekend getaway. The staff was fantastic, especially the gentleman at the front desk who helped us with a room upgrade. The location was perfect, right next to The Village. The staff responded quickly to any issues we had and provided us with breakfast vouchers. The pillows were comfortable, and having a fridge and microwave in the room was convenient. it was a great stay and I will definitely bring my family back.
