The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived. The ocean view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The hotel's proximity to the beach was also a major plus. It was just a short walk through a scenic trail to reach the beach, which had warm waters and a peaceful atmosphere. we had a fantastic experience and would love to go back.

There were a few hills and levels to navigate within the property, which made it a bit challenging to get around. However, the hotel provided driver-operated golf cart assistance, which was helpful.

The adult pool has a stunning view, and the happy hour mojitos are a must-try. The secluded beach is simply amazing with rentals available and food and drink options.

The pool at the hotel was big and perfect for kids, and we enjoyed having drinks by the poolside. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to Biesanz beach, which was quieter and less crowded than the public beach. The beach itself was calm and we were able to relax, swim, and even do a little snorkeling in the clear water.

We experienced multiple issues with our room, including a toilet that didn't flush properly and a safe with a non-functioning exterior button. The breakfast at the hotel started too late, at 7 am, which was not ideal for guests who wanted to get an early start to visit Manuel Antonio Park.

As young people, we loved the variety of amenities at Shana By The Beach. From the beautiful ocean views to the two clean pools, we had plenty of options for relaxation. The beach access was a huge plus, allowing us to enjoy our own piece of paradise. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with delicious options like pancakes, eggs, and fresh juices. The friendly staff, especially Jairo at the front desk and Lilana the pool bartender, made our stay even more enjoyable. The resort also had helpful golf cart attendants to transport us around the property. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Costa Rica.
