Y'all, that early check-in was a lifesaver and the room was super clean, bless your heart! I loved havin' the Skyway connection to Mayo—made gettin' around a breeze. The staff were real friendly, but parking wasn't always easy. Caught some great grub nearby too. I'll be back for sure!

Alyssa at reception was a total star, helped us with all our luggage and got a shower chair for my dad—lekker service! Crave restaurant was such a jol, the food was on point and our waiter Jeremy made it a fun meal. Easy access to Mayo through the skyway was super convenient, saved us a lot of stress.

Only downside was parking fees, which was a bit of a shock for us. Would've preferred it included.

Outstanding dining options at Crave restaurant.

My stay at Hotel Indigo was frustrating from the start. The check-in process confused me due to the complicated parking arrangements, which included charges I wasn't prepared for. To top it off, the toilet in my original room wouldn’t flush, and I was moved to another room that was just as cramped and poorly designed, making it an unpleasant environment overall.

The room was clean and spacious! Loved the comfy king bed and the wooden flooring. It had air conditioning, a coffee machine, a flat-screen TV, and a nice seating area. The bathroom was bright, with a walk-in shower and all the essentials like shampoo and a hairdryer. Great location connected to Mayo by skywalk!

The hotel’s location is outstanding for those visiting the Mayo Clinic, with easy skyway access to the Civic Center and plenty of parking. The nearby restaurant on-site is fantastic and worth the splurge for its quality menu options.

It was just a smart choice for a holiday in Rochester with extraordinarily good value for money. The food at the on-site restaurant really impressed me, especially the variety they offered for breakfast. Make sure to ask about the shuttle service to the clinic. it makes getting around super easy.

The Deluxe King Room was super comfy and spacious! Impeccably clean with nice city views. The only downside was that I didn’t find a microwave, just a fridge. But honestly, everything else was great—the decor and the vibe felt modern yet cozy.
