I had a very good stay at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and provided great value for money. The staff were friendly and the facility was clean. The rooms were nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. I found the hotel to be a pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

As youngsters, we loved the on-site restaurant and the indoor pool. The lobby was nice, and the hotel staff were very friendly. The free coffee in the lobby was a great perk. The location was easy to get to and very close to Canobie Lake Park.

I had a great experience at Holiday Inn Salem! The woman named Erica was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. She quickly resolved our TV and refrigerator issues and even adjusted our bill. Her excellent service didn't stop there - she also treated us to a free breakfast. I can't thank her enough for making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the pool was a great amenity that we thoroughly enjoyed.

This hotel is such a great value for money - the prices are unbeatable! The service is top-notch, staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms are well-equipped with all basic amenities, and the jacuzzi tub was a lovely surprise. The bonus? They offer a complimentary breakfast every morning, so you don't have to worry about starting your day on an empty stomach. Plus, the location is perfect, as it's situated close to everything including a good Tex-Mex restaurant!

Great service from the staff, they were very accommodating and helpful. Convenient location near the highway and close to amenities. Enjoyed having a mini fridge in the room and a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

Some noise disturbance from other guests, but the hotel staff swiftly addressed the issue. Breakfast staff could be more welcoming and friendly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my early check-in request. The hotel is conveniently located near major highways, the airport, Rockingham Mall, Tuscan Village, and Salem Town Forest. The cleanliness of the room was great, with a comfortable bed and a nice updated bathroom. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the pool, were well-maintained and enjoyable.
