As youngsters, we loved the on-site restaurant and the indoor pool. The lobby was nice, and the hotel staff were very friendly. The free coffee in the lobby was a great perk. The location was easy to get to and very close to Canobie Lake Park.

I had a great experience at Holiday Inn Salem! The woman named Erica was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. She quickly resolved our TV and refrigerator issues and even adjusted our bill. Her excellent service didn't stop there - she also treated us to a free breakfast. I can't thank her enough for making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the pool was a great amenity that we thoroughly enjoyed.

This hotel is such a great value for money - the prices are unbeatable! The service is top-notch, staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms are well-equipped with all basic amenities, and the jacuzzi tub was a lovely surprise. The bonus? They offer a complimentary breakfast every morning, so you don't have to worry about starting your day on an empty stomach. Plus, the location is perfect, as it's situated close to everything including a good Tex-Mex restaurant!
