I got great value for my money at this hotel! The room layout was perfect and the beds were super comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the convention center and downtown area. The staff was mostly friendly and kind, although some seemed a bit preoccupied.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe offering a tray to take breakfast to the room would be nice.

We loved staying at this hotel! It is situated upstream from the downtown area and this means that there was less traffic and noise. The spot beside the river is very peaceful and we were able to relax with the sound of the water flowing. The staff were very helpful and friendly, we received great service from the room service and housekeeping. We were pleased with the use of mini-bar facilities and the tea and coffee setup in the room, which was very convenient. The sitting area had all the comforts including heating and air conditioning. We enjoyed being able to sit outside on the patio, which had comfortable garden furniture.
