I woudlve thought they should’ve at least given me a complimentary upgrade after all my issues, but no, nothing! I almost left a good review but just couldn’t ignore the lack of basic comfort during my stay.

the suite was very close and convenient, with a big outdoor patio. the hot tub should be bigger.

Cozy room, friendly staff, with a lovely indoor smoking patio and free shuttle service to downtown enhancing the convenience of our stay.

Nothing could have been better.

The service was unbearably inconsistent. some staff were pleasant while others might as well have been robots. Our room had a soft wall with black mold behind the toilet—delightful! I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles but received none. I almost wanted to share a glowing review, but how could I? Absolutely unbelievable.

Room positioning leading to noise disturbances from the parking lot could be improved!!! Outlets near the bed for convenient device charging should be a standard!!! Maintenance issues like loose bathtub faucets and non-functional outlets need urgent attention!!!

The back patio was perfect for a picnic, allowing us to soak in the peaceful creek sounds while watching wildlife roam nearby. Plus, the 24-hour casino kept the adults entertained when the kids were settled.

In my wife’s opinion, better accessibility for families would be great.

The location is peaceful with a lovely creek nearby, perfect for relaxation. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making each guest feel welcome. Enjoyed the casino and appreciated the free drinks while playing slots. Though there’s no breakfast, pastries and coffee are available for a quick start to the day.

Scott at the gaming area was a total legend, made my dad feel like a champ when he thought he won a prize. The views out back are perfect for a chill session, and we couldn’t get enough of the friendly locals. Plus, had a good time at the small casino, even hit a few slots!

Only thing was the shower pressure wasn’t lekker, could’ve done with a bit more oomph.

It was just a good match for an overnight stay in Deadwood with good price value. The complimentary hot breakfast had five delicious choices that were well prepared, which was a nice surprise. Remember to check the restroom floors in your room for cleanliness upon arrival.

The staff was super nice , the outdoor dining by the creek was lovely for dinner. Loved the lively atmosphere and the fun players club. The jacuzzi tub was a hit after a long day exploring.

A bit more variety in breakfast options would be great. Also, the shower pressure could use a little boost.

The scenery at Deadwood Gulch Resort is truly lovely. having the creek nearby created a calming effect throughout my stay. The spacious room was comfortable and well-equipped, although I noticed some light switches didn't work. Breakfast was decent, but the casino seemed limited in options.
