It's located adjacent to a convention center and a water park, while being super close to everything in the area. The rooms are very clean and relaxing with jacuzzi suites available. Staff service is friendly and understanding and the manager is especially helpful when it comes to guests' requests.

Some guests had poor communication experiences with other hotels owned by the same company in the area.

The hotel was recently remodeled and conveniently located near the highway. the staff was friendly and responsive, quickly addressing any issues. the pool and fitness areas were well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with a variety of pillow options. the overall experience was enjoyable and the 2 room suite provided a comfortable stay for both relaxation and sleep.

Easter weekend trip made better by soft comfy rooms, with modern decor and great amenities; the staff was so friendly and accommodating. the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, made even better with the addition of delicious NOLA inspired cuisine. the hotel's location right off the highway made it an easy stopover for our road trip.

The workout room and pool area were not as well-maintained as we would have liked, but the rest of the hotel made up for it.

The staff was awesome, very professional, and friendly. They were extremely helpful during our evacuation for hurricane Ida. The location had a great local Tex Mex restaurant within walking distance, which we highly recommend. The hotel was clean and a comfortable place to stay for one night.

The Jacuzzi suite was pleasantly clean and relaxing. The check-in/out process was hassle-free with welcoming staff. Despite breakfast being unappetizing, the hotel’s location and amenities made up for it. I’d recommend Holiday Inn.
