excellent location, spacious apartments, amazing views of the Burj Khalifa

the apartment felt dated and in need of a refresh!!! Noise from ongoing renovations was disruptive, especially during the festive season!!! Confusing information regarding the availability of tennis courts needs addressing!!!

helLo Swissotel, you’ve got a great locaton, not much else though. i was given a room with an air conditioning view instead of the promised city view. the breakfast was overcrowded and selection was dismal. honestly, i expected some special treatment after such inconveniences, but alas—just typical treatment. i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t.

The staff's friendliness, especially the attentive service from the management and reception, truly enhanced our stay. The outdoor area was lovely, perfect for relaxing evenings, while the hotel's proximity to attractions made our visit even better.

Perfect stay near Dubai's delights

I loved how close the hotel was to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the staff always greeted us with smiles. The pool area was a refreshing escape from the heat after exploring! We even got an upgrade to a larger room that had a stunning view from the 14th floor.

We really enjoyed our family holiday here. The staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded our flat for free! Special shout out to the cleaning staff who went above and beyond, always taking care of our dishes despite having a dishwasher. Breakfast by golf cart was definitely a highlight, and we loved being so close to the Dubai Mall.

Definitely not cheap but still acceptable given the overall experience.

The location near the mall is unbeatable, making it easy to explore. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety and was definitely worth it. However, the room had issues with cleanliness, highlighted by unpleasant odors and a lack of basic amenities like a hair dryer. The staff seemed overwhelmed, with little follow-up on requests, which detracted from the overall experience.

omg this hotel is super chill and has the best staff! ! the location is perf, like ur right next to the dubai mall and burj khalifa, so u can just walk everywhere. the pool area is so nice and refreshing, and the food at the restaurant was lit! also big shoutout to stephanie and rukaaya, they were sooo helpful and friendly, made me feel right at home.

but the room could've been cleaner and the furniture felt kinda old. also, had some noise issues from the outside.

During my stay, I loved that everything was just a short stroll away, with the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa only about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it super easy to explore the city and enjoy the breathtaking views. plus, I appreciated the great selections for breakfast and dinner which offered fresh dishes cooked on the spot, enhancing the culinary experience during my weekend getaway.

Location is incredibly central, within walking distance to major attractions like the mall. The classic king room was spacious, and the pleasant staff went out of their way to ensure comfort. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring delicious traditional shabu-shabu among other great options. However, multiple room changes were necessary due to noise disturbances, which detracted from the experience.

Had an amazing time at this place! the staff went above and beyond, even organizing a rental car for us in just an hour when we couldn't find one anywhere else. also, the room service was exceptional, the guy cleaning asked every day if we needed anything, and I noticed him cleaning the windows too, talk about attention to detail!
