The location was awesome, near everything down the coast of Maine from Bar Harbor to Cape Cod. The hotel facilities were nice and clean. The staff was fantastic, accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was a good deal for the money.

Not one thing.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, with easy access to the bay in the heart of town. We enjoyed being close to many fine dining establishments and directly across the street from the water, allowing us to visit old Portland easily. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. Our room was spacious, clean, and had amazing views, with high-end toiletries and amenities in the bathroom. We also appreciated the presence of a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Our family had a blast exploring the nearby Old Port for water adventures like scuba diving and whale-watching. It was so convenient to have these exciting activities within walking distance of the hotel. The friendly staff also helped us with finding the best spots. Highly recommend for families!

For dads, it would be great to have a larger play area for kids.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right in the center of town and truly on the waterfront. I loved being able to walk to excellent restaurants and shops, and there was even a fantastic bakery next door. The hotel staff was amazing, always courteous and friendly. They were truly passionate about helping guests and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The facilities were clean, modern, and comfortable, exceeding my expectations.

During my recent stay at Hilton Garden, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location and the stunning view from my room. It was such a treat to wake up to a beautiful sight every morning. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet during my stay, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy my time there. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay here. This place is perfectly located with amazing views of the bay and right at the top of the Old Port area. We were thrilled to find so many shops and commercial services nearby including laundry and a dining restaurant. The welcome drink was a nice touch and our room had everything we needed with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The separate tub and shower and free toiletries in the bathroom were a luxurious touch. The staff did their best to make us feel welcome despite being very busy.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the heart of the action.

I could tell they really enjoyed their jobs and were passionate about helping guests. the location of the hotel was also perfect, in the heart of the city. the staff were friendly and accommodating, remembering my name and even my dog's name when I returned for a second stay. It was definitely the best value for the money, and I highly recommend it.

I had a great value for my money and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel's location by the waterfront was perfect and the staff provided excellent service. Graham at the front desk was especially helpful and gave us great recommendations for dining and activities.

Tiny gym was nice. Valet parking and elevator were appreciated. comfortable and unbeatable walkable location.
