We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The recently renovated property was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and understanding, especially during a difficult time for our family. The exceptional service provided by the entire hospitality staff was truly appreciated. Additionally, the restaurant food was excellent, exceeding our expectations.

We experienced a mix-up with our reservation for a second room. Despite providing confirmation and proof of the reservation, the hotel did not honor it and we had to pay full price for the additional room.

The breakfast buffet had a delicious variety of hot and cold options. We were impressed with the friendly service from Eugene in the restaurant. The shuttle to the metro made exploring DC a breeze. The recently renovated rooms were comfortable and quiet. We had a great stay and would recommend it to others. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and stores, and there is a direct path to tower 2. It is also accessible by public transport to DC. The rooms are clean and comfortable with helpful amenities such as microwaves and refrigerators. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated that there was no issue with bugs or cleanliness. Despite the noise from the elevator, the overall stay was peaceful and we were able to get a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also convenient for our training session. we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this hotel.

Lastly, the location of the hotel was ideal, situated in a vibrant area with plenty of outside amenities and attractions nearby. I was very impressed with the value for money and attention to detail provided by this hotel.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Washington and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast was superb, thanks to the wonderful hostess Noemi, who made the meal even more enjoyable with her warm and welcoming personality. I also want to compliment the chef for the delicious food. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the metro. While I wish there was more information about navigating and parking, there were plenty of places to eat and pharmacies within walking distance. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special by sending a complimentary fruit and cheese tray to our room while we watched the Nationals win the World Series on TV.
