The hotel's stunning decor in the rooms, lobby, restaurant, and spa made our stay truly unforgettable. The restaurant staff was incredibly kind and the food was delicious. We also loved the thoughtful gifts in our room every evening. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is central and easy to navigate to and from. The rooms are stunningly decorated and equipped with every comfort, such as a garden view or a view of the castle. The staff is helpful and goes above and beyond to assist with dinner reservations and taxis. Additionally, the spa is highly recommended by my partner, who enjoyed it two nights in a row.

Room service is not available throughout the night, with the last order being at 21:30.

This hotel provided an exceptional experience. the exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre, hot spring bath and garden area were a luxurious treat. the massage and spa lounge were also exceptional. the in, room breakfast was of the highest quality I've ever experienced. the staff provided unbeatable service and attention to detail, anticipating and fulfilling my every need, making me feel like royalty.

The only minor negative aspect was that the hotel does not offer room, dining throughout the night, with last orders being at 21:30. the hotel's restaurant and bar/lounge area were of the highest standard, offering delicious special diet menus.
