the location is super convenient, just a short walk to the beach! ! loved borrowing beach towels and an umbrella for my beach days. staff were so friendly and helpful, and the laundry facilities made it easy to keep things fresh.

kitchen utensils could be better stocked. 😅

My experience at the Holiday Surf Hotel was frustrating. The noise levels from the traffic outside were unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I also found the room to be poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and lack of basic amenities. Despite requesting additional towels, the service was slow and left me feeling neglected.

The beach gear rental was a game changer. Strong WiFi to stream our shows! Super clean rooms, comfy beds, and the staff were like chommies, always eager to help. Love the mountain view from the lanai, really gives that holiday feel.

The building's a bit older, so you hear some late-night noise.

We enjoyed the nice view from the lanai of the mountains and canal, adding a lovely vibe to our stay. The space felt more like a home than a standard hotel room, which was really nice for our family. Also, the coin-operated laundry came in handy, especially with kids around!

Staying here with my large family was awesome! The two-bedroom suite concept was perfect for us, providing enough space and a full kitchen to whip up meals.

Loved the room with a kitchenette! It had everything, including a microwave, fridge, and stove. The balcony view was lovely, and the bed was comfy. Really enjoyed the clean private bathroom and nice seating area. The hotel is close to Waikiki Beach. I could borrow beach gear for free. Staff was super helpful.

Had a braw stay! It felt like our own wee apartment, loads of space with a full kitchen. The staff were pure brilliant, always there to help. Only downside was the bit noisy A/C. But honestly, it’s a cracking spot—short walk to the beach and near all the fun!

This place suits me perfectly! With free Wi-Fi in the rooms, laundry facilities, and a flat-screen TV, I have everything I need. The staff kindly helped me find transport during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city break.
