The location was excellent, being in the middle of the city and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and nightlife.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was very close to the big artisan market, making it convenient for shopping for T-shirts, art, souvenirs, hats. It is also situated in the commercial center of the city, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities. Additionally, it is just a short distance to the lively Plaza Foch, which offers a fantastic atmosphere on weekends with plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, especially compared to other places we have visited in Ecuador. The staff went above and beyond in providing excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Bryan at the reception was especially helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near a nice restaurant area and a small market. The 24-hour fitness club was a bonus.

Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including made-to-order omelettes, fresh fruit, potatoes. These were s of our stay at this hotel.

Don't stay here if you want a pleasant and friendly experience. The reception staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful.
