i enjoyed my stay at mercure. the spa was amazing with a wet sauna and jacuzzis. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially with any questions or needs. everything was so clean, and the breakfast offered a nice variety. taxi service was punctual and professional, making it easy to explore the area.

David, the bellman, was incredibly helpful, ensuring my fragile souvenir arrived home safely by wrapping it carefully. The breakfast was plentiful and diverse, with made-to-order options that added a personal touch to my mornings.

This place really did me right with a nice, spacious suite, quiet as a church mouse even with the road out front. Breakfast was somethin’ fierce, especially them made-to-order omelets. Staff was just swell, even fetched me some meds when I wasn’t feelin’ so hot. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

It was just a well-suited match for a short stay in Quito with high value for money. The free breakfast was a nice touch, and I particularly enjoyed the freshly made omelets. Make sure to clarify your breakfast details upon check-in to avoid any confusion.

The property was formidably clean and neat with a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff demonstrated immense patience and kindness while helping with every request. I especially loved the taxi service. the drivers were punctual and shared interesting tidbits about the city!

I had an excellent stay here, as the hotel is just a few steps from Santa Teresita Church and less than 10 minutes from the beautiful Parque El Ejido, making it perfect for easy city strolls and landmark visits.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasurable experience for our large family. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, especially the made-to-order omelets that my kids loved. We even had a wonderful dinner at the hotel on our first night, which was perfect after a long travel day.

My kids wished for more activities on-site.

The room was comfortable and spacious, perfect for moving around. There was a nice big TV and a safe, which was great. But it was warmer at night than I liked, and I couldn’t control the temp without opening the window, so I heard traffic. Also, they insist on helping you with your luggage, which I didn’t really appreciate. Breakfast was solid, lots of options, especially liked the fresh fruit and scrambled eggs. Overall, a decent stay but not without a few quirks.

Clean room, helpful staff, with convenient amenities such as 24-hour reception to assist with any inquiries and a great location just 40 km from the airport for easy access to the city.

Super clean and organized! Staff went above and beyond – super friendly, helped with all our requests, even set up an early airport pickup. Breakfast here is awesome, a buffet with tons of choice. They have an omelet station!

Would've loved a bit more variety in lunch menus. Also, the pool area could use better drink service – didn’t see anyone asking if we wanted anything.

After a long trip, I was pleasantly surprised to find a plate of desserts waiting in my room at check-in and complimentary water bottles too! I absolutely loved the relaxation options at the spa and the rooftop pool was a nice touch. The only minor drawback was some noise from the street, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊
