I had a really good stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They made me feel welcome and attended to any requests promptly. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, with all the basic amenities I needed. I especially appreciated having a tub in my room to relax in after a long day. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and malls nearby. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and substantial, with a good variety of individually wrapped items to choose from.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

We also appreciated the quietness of the room, as our small pet never barked once during our stay. We enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor lounge area with the fire pit, and overall, it was a very positive experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Home2 Suites. The facilities were excellent, making us feel right at home. The suite was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen facilities were convenient, although we would have preferred a stove/cooktop instead of a portable one. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay.

Despite a few minor issues, such as the room not being cleaned on the requested day and the breakfast running out of certain items early, the staff handled these situations well. They were apologetic and ensured our room was promptly cleaned, and they refilled the shower gel and shampoo dispensers the following morning.

The front desk service was exceptional.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Donald, Jim, and Makayla at the front desk. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The hotel also provided Lysol wipes, which was a nice touch.
