The hotel is conveniently located in the Lancaster area, giving easy access to various attractions and amenities. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the front desk staff was welcoming and kind. The full kitchen in the room was a pleasant advantage, and the Netflix option on the TV was a nice touch. The hotel seems to be environmentally conscious, as pointed out by the emphasis on sustainability and innovation.

Some guests' behavior around the pool area was disruptive, and hotel management did not seem to discipline them accordingly.

This hotel is definitely a hidden gem! The rooms are spacious and come with everything you need including a kitchen and a king-size bed. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure your stay is comfortable. The continental breakfast is also a highlight, with plenty of options and delicious Belgian waffles!

This hotel was great and we had a lovely stay.

The room design was spacious and tastefully decorated, making it easy to move around. The kitchen was well-stocked, which was very convenient for preparing meals. the location was excellent and easily accessible.

The cleanliness was not up to standard. The pool area was closed down due to sickness, and the grill wasn't cleaned properly, so we had to stand in the cold, which was quite unpleasant.

The shower was amazing and having a kitchenette made my family's stay very comfortable. I also appreciated the clean facilities and the friendly staff. However, the lack of a hot tub and bathroom fan were minor downsides. I recommend this hotel.
