The attention to detail at Home2 Suites By Hilton was impressive, with a comfortable room that included a convenient curtain divider. the beds, even the sofa bed, were extremely cozy. the ample storage space and well-equipped kitchen were perfect for families with children. the hotel's cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere stood out, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Staff, especially at the front desk, were outstanding.

Returning guest for business trips. Staff kindly returned forgotten items on my first stay. Amenities like Wi, Fi, free parking, snack bar, fitness center. Everything I need , laundry, flat, screen TV, business center. Always satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Lancaster area, giving easy access to various attractions and amenities. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the front desk staff was welcoming and kind. The full kitchen in the room was a pleasant advantage, and the Netflix option on the TV was a nice touch. The hotel seems to be environmentally conscious, as pointed out by the emphasis on sustainability and innovation.

Some guests' behavior around the pool area was disruptive, and hotel management did not seem to discipline them accordingly.

This hotel is definitely a hidden gem! The rooms are spacious and come with everything you need including a kitchen and a king-size bed. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure your stay is comfortable. The continental breakfast is also a highlight, with plenty of options and delicious Belgian waffles!

The room design was spacious and tastefully decorated, making it easy to move around. the kitchen was well-stocked, which was very convenient for preparing meals. the location was excellent and easily accessible.

The cleanliness was not up to standard. the pool area was closed down due to sickness, and the grill wasn't cleaned properly, so we had to stand in the cold, which was quite unpleasant.

The shower was amazing and having a kitchenette made my family's stay very comfortable. I also appreciated the clean facilities and the friendly staff. However, the lack of a hot tub and bathroom fan were minor downsides. I recommend this hotel.
