The spacious room was a breath of fresh air! I loved having a kitchenette for quick meals, and the free breakfast had surprisingly tasty options. Just a bonus after a night of exploring Kalamazoo's fantastic eateries!

I wish the pool had longer hours. it was closed when I wanted to dive in. Also, I had a bit of an adventure with the sink's garburator and a toilet that needed delicate handling. Parking was a challenge. some spots at the entrance would make loading easier.

Upon arriving, I noticed an unpleasant odor in the room reminiscent of a wet dog, which required me to use Lysol and Febreeze to make it tolerable. Additionally, I found the entry hall lighting system frustrating. it required my room key to stay on, which made me anxious about accidentally locking myself out. To make matters worse, the staff was polite but largely unhelpful when I raised concerns about dirty sheets on the fold-out couch, and the atmosphere felt uninspired due to political news playing in the breakfast area, detracting from a relaxing experience.

We found the accessibility of the bus station right next to the hotel incredibly convenient. The spacious room was perfect for our family, and the kitchenette made meal prep a breeze. Also, we appreciated the saltwater pool which was a refreshing treat, especially for the kids.

However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited and ran out quickly—perhaps due to staffing issues. Also, parking at $20 felt a bit steep for the overall experience.

The clean and spacious queen studio suite created a perfect little hideaway for my family. We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, especially the saltwater pool and the lovely garden area where we could kick back. Even our dog got spoiled with treats from the kind staff, making our stay feel extra special!
