We loved the room and the amazing staff, who were kind and sweet. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the indoor swimming pool that our kids adored. The breakfast options were varied and plentiful, with delicious food to choose from. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the location with a pool near the arena was perfect for our stay.

Everything is what we need and want.

The staff at Home2 Suites By Hilton were extremely helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with our room and they quickly moved us to a different room. The room itself was amazing, clean, and comfortable. The parking was convenient and the breakfast was good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The full kitchen in the room was a great amenity and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the soft pillows provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the blackout curtains were effective in keeping the room dark, perfect for those who prefer to sleep in.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a disappointment. the hallway carpets were dirty and there was trash left in the hallways for multiple days, causing an unpleasant smell.

The shuttle service was convenient and prompt, making it easy to get around. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The variety of TV channels kept the kids entertained, with more options than other hotels usually provide.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with a full kitchen and incredibly comfortable beds, complete with soft pillows. The location was perfect for my needs, especially being close to the University of Louisville. The staff was outstanding and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
