Spacious kitchenettes and great breakfast choices.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay. The air conditioning was quite noisy in my first room and struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the bathroom fixtures were not well-maintained, with the shower spigot malfunctioning and low pressure. After being moved to a second room, I faced similar issues, particularly with the spigot. The temperature control in this apartment unit was also poor, making it quite uncomfortable for me. I reported the issues hoping for a resolution, but it seemed like nothing was done to improve my experience.

I absolutely loved my time at Home2 Suites By Hilton Omaha West! The staff was incredibly welcoming, making my stay feel special. The cozy fire pit near the entrance added a perfect touch to the atmosphere, and I felt right at home. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for me and my furry friend! Plus, I appreciated the 24-hour reception, which made everything so convenient. Highly recommended for pet lovers!
