During my recent stay at Home2 Suites By Hilton in Plymouth, I was delighted by the peaceful location and the overall cleanliness of the rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my request for a ground floor room was met. The breakfast options were limited, but still provided a satisfactory start to the day. Despite a few minor issues, such as a malfunctioning bathroom light and a fallen soap dispenser, the room was well-maintained. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

The location was perfect, and the basic amenities in the room, such as the king-sized bed and delicious breakfast, made my experience even better. I felt that I got great value for money and loved how spacious and modern the rooms were. The bed was so comfy, it was like sleeping on a cloud!

The wifi was infuriating, and there were several little annoyances like the loud fridge, slow draining sink, and unclear thermostat. the breakfast items were dried out, and the room had a full kitchen but required getting a burner and skillet from the front desk, which was a hassle.

First, upon check-in, the desk employee was rude and unprofessional. Secondly, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, with dirty forks in the dishwasher and other people's recycling left in the room.
