Spacious rooms with large fridges, gorgeous views at breakfast, friendly staff delivering excellent service – grewt place for families.

I loved the convenient access to the vibrant riverwalk, making it easy to explore local dining and activities. The spacious suite was perfect for our group, and the kitchenette was a great feature for late-night snacks.

However, the elevators were quite slow during our stay.

The location was perfect for walking to the riverwalk, and we loved having a kitchenette in our room. On the downside, the parking fees were excessively high at $50 per day. Renting a bicycle nearby was convenient for exploring the area further.

my elderly mother and I were stuck with one bed after requesting two! the pool was overrun with kids—who knew family resorts could be this chaotic? and don’t even get me started on the overpriced parking fees. not a single sign of compassion from staff, I expected a complimentary gesture, but got nada instead. just couldn't believe it!

Elevators were a nightmare with two out of three out of service!!! Bathroom sliding doors offered no privacy!!! I can't believe the valet services felt forced at $49!!! Seriously, get it together!!!

Loved the room size with a lovely view, and the location was spot on! Valet parking was a dream, quick and on time, which was a big plus!

I had a decent experience with a spacious room that included a kitchenette, which was helpful for storing snacks after long days. The location made it easy to explore nearby dining options along the river. One morning, I enjoyed a buffet breakfast with various choices, a pleasant start to the day. However, I found the elevators to be slow, which was slightly inconvenient. Traveling with my partner from Italy, we appreciated the chance to unwind after our road trip.

Room was a bit dodgy at first, but breakfast was sweet as, with heaps of options every day. Location was choice near the river walk!

the remote for the tv was broken. but the breakfast was plentiful with coffee available all day. we loved having a kitchenette to store leftovers. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

We loved our stay! The beds were super comfy, and the staff was super chill and friendly. It was right by the Riverwalk, so we hit up a bunch of nearby spots for food and fun. Plus, the snack bar was a lifesaver for late-night munchies. Just wish the elevators worked better. they were kind of slow.

The bathrooms were really clean. the breakfast had a great variety. the pool was just what we needed after a long day exploring. loved that it was a quick walk to the riverwalk and plenty of activities nearby.
