Fantastic walkable access to attractions and the National Park

During my recent stay, I found it super convenient being just one block off the main strip, which put me within easy walking distance of everything downtown Gatlinburg, including fun places like Ripley's Aquarium and the Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, all just minutes away; it was great to explore the shops and restaurants nearby without needing to drive! The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast could use some improvement.

The room was clean and neat, but a bit small for comfort. The air conditioning unit worked well, though it was quite loud, waking me during the night. The beds had improperly fitted sheets that would come off frequently. The balcony door didn’t shut properly, and I even found a roach outside. The bathroom had some mildew, and the hairdryer was in need of a deep clean. Nice pillows and good location near downtown were a plus, but the overall atmosphere felt dated. Staff interactions varied, with a few being friendly and helpful, while others could improve on customer service.

We had a great time the room was huge and very clean the kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was excellent with real options every morning
