I gotta say the service here was top-notch. One morning I needed a personal item and the lady at the front desk didn’t just point me to the store, she brought it to my room. The cleanliness of the room made me feel at home and the extra outlets were a lifesaver for all my gadgets.

Wasn’t exactly cheap but worth it.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the convenient location near many stores and restaurants. The kitchenette in my room was a huge plus, making it easy to prepare meals. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The breakfast options were limited and could use more variety.

Inconsistent housekeeping services need attention!!! Showers could use more pressure to avoid lengthy clean-up times!!! Better communication on reservation details would be appreciated!!! Consider a safer parking management system during peak hours!!!

Room was clean, with a nice kitchenette and plenty of outlets. Had issues with our family room assignment. we received a room with only one bed instead of two and a couch. Great cycling trails nearby, which was a lovely surprise.

The outdoor pool area was a refreshing retreat after a long day, perfect for unwinding with friends.

The staff here was just as sweet as pie! Room was spick and span, and boy, that comfy bed felt like sleepin’ on a cloud. Tried the breakfast too, and it was better than most hotels I’ve seen! Just wish they had more choices. The pool area? Pure bliss!

We love how close the hotel is to restaurants and shops, making dining and shopping so convenient. The kitchenette in our room was perfect for preparing snacks on our backpacking journey, and the 24/7 coffee station was a delightful bonus for early mornings.

The King Suite was cozy with a nice kitchenette and tons of space to move around. I loved the full-sized fridge and the convenience of having proper dishes — made it feel like home! Also, the bed was super comfy, but I could've used an extra blanket since it got a bit chilly. Overall, a solid stay, just keep an eye out for those hot water issues!

The Queen Studio was spacious with a full-sized fridge and a nice kitchen setup—really practical for a family stay. But it was freezing in the room, and we could’ve used a blanket. The shower was awesome, but we had no hot water upon arrival. Staff was super helpful when I had issues with the virtual key and WiFi. The decor was cute for fall, and I appreciate the coffee station available 24/7. Just wish for better variety in streaming options!
