I recently stayed at Home2 Suites in Utica and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff, especially the lady with the pretty colored hair, was incredibly friendly and respectful. She went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process, even when the computers were down. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the accommodations were comfortable. The breakfast, although there were some minor issues with eggs and utensils, was nice and provided a good start to the day. Additionally, the location of the hotel, next to two restaurants that you can walk to, was very convenient.

One minor drawback was the occasional noise from neighboring rooms, which could be addressed with the presence of a human security personnel to handle disturbances. Additionally, the hotel could have provided more pillows in the room, as we only had two for a king-size bed.

The hotel hallway had a dirty rug that looked like there had been an oil spill mixed with dirt and ashes. there were noisy guests on the upper floors that kept us up at night.

I stayed at Home2 Suites for a weekend visit to Utica University. The location was convenient, just 10 minutes from campus. The staff was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was surprisingly good. The lobby and pool were beautiful, and the kids loved it. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a kitchen. Randy at check-in and the night staff were super nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel location was fantastic with plenty of dining options nearby. There was a popular coffee shop just across the street which was great for an early morning caffeine fix and a nice walk. the room was spacious and had a well-stocked kitchen. Breakfast was basic but adequate and they even had brown bags available for those who wanted to take breakfast to go. the hotel also had plenty of free parking available which was a great plus.

The front desk staff was friendly, but they seemed understaffed, which took longer than expected to check-in. the comforter was not the cleanest and could have been replaced.

I had a fantastic stay at Home2 Suites By Hilton. The front desk receptionist, Randi, was absolutely amazing. She greeted me warmly upon check-in and was very helpful throughout my stay. Randi even accommodated my request for a late check-out. I really appreciated her kindness and attentiveness. The outdoor patio with a fire pit and grills was a great place to relax. The room itself was bright, spacious, and very comfortable. I also liked the convenience of keyless check-in.

I would have loved if the hotel had a hot tub and firmer beds. The breakfast, although generally good, had some issues with the scrambled eggs being overly salty.

The breakfast buffet was a delightful gourmet experience, the bed was as comfortable as a cloud, and the staff were as charming as Prince Charming himself.

Oh, the sliding bathroom door reminded me of a stylish barn, but privacy was clearly overrated.
