We spent our Thanksgiving in a hotel and it was great! We loved the convenience of the free parking and the prime location of the hotel. It was only a short drive to the places we wanted to go to and it kept things quiet at night. The staff was amazing and made sure that everyone was catered well. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The highlight was the complimentary breakfast that had good choices and delicious food to start our day.

Although our stay was generally good, there were a few things that we didn't like. We noticed that there was a strong chemical smell in the room, which was nauseating and caused a headache.

The location of Home2 Suites was perfect for our needs, just a short distance from the Ace of Spades and the Sac Waterfront. The convenience and free parking were also a plus. The amenities in the room were beyond what you would typically find in a hotel, with a kitchen sink, couch, and dining table. It felt like we were staying in a studio apartment. The blackout curtains were a game-changer, ensuring a great rest by completely blocking out any light. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was good with a variety of options. The room was clean and spacious, providing plenty of space for our stay. I would highly recommend staying at Home2 Suites for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

While there were a few minor design-related issues like the smaller beds, lack of carpeting, and inconveniently placed TP holder, they did not significantly impact our stay. The location was slightly out of the way, but it did contribute to a quieter atmosphere at night.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions such as The War Memorial Auditorium and the Rivercats game. Guests can enjoy clean and spacious rooms with a kitchen area, living room space, and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The complimentary breakfast is a great way to start the day, and the blackout curtains ensure a restful sleep.

There were some minor issues with the hotel, such as the pool not being open yet and some inconvenience with the fridge and bathroom. However, these were minor kinks that did not significantly impact the overall experience.

Great layout with kitchen area, living room space, and separate bed/bath area. Amenities make it feel like a studio apartment. Close to Rivercats game and Sac Waterfront.
