As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the large and clean rooms at Home2. The free breakfast was a great perk, saving us time in the morning. The location was peaceful and not too far from main attractions.

The staff at Home2 Suites By Hilton made my stay exceptional. Brenda the housekeeper, Lisa at the front desk, and Kayla at breakfast were all so kind and helpful. The location was also fantastic, with Starbucks just 3 minutes away. The facility itself was family-oriented and had a nice atmosphere. The fully stocked kitchen and amenities like the water bottle station were a nice touch. The blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep.

There were a few minor issues, such as a dirty spot on one of the bed comforters and some streaks on the mirrors. The furniture in the room looked a bit old, and the bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

The location was perfect since it was close to the airport and other tourist spots. The staff was accommodating and provided hot chocolate during a snowstorm. The room was clean and cozy.

The front desk staff wore inappropriate clothing and didn't pay attention to our complaints. The hallway on the fourth floor was very cold and the lights in the parking area were not turned on, causing a safety hazard.
