In terms of amenities, we were pleasantly surprised by the service provided at the front desk even as late as 6 pm. Despite the breakfast not being exactly what we expected, the overall value for money definitely exceeded our expectations.

The front desk staff wore inappropriate clothing and didn't pay attention to our complaints. the hallway on the fourth floor was very cold and the lights in the parking area were not turned on, causing a safety hazard.
