The staff were diligent and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The icing on the cake was the breakfast, which may be a bit sparse but was still a nice touch. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail. All was ok, no major complaints.

We also appreciated that the hotel was kid and dog friendly, with a pool and lots of sitting areas. The BBQ pits in the pool area were a great addition. There was plenty of grass for dogs to use the restroom, and the hotel had ample storage space for clothes and bags. Having laundry and gym facilities onsite was convenient. The location was also ideal, as it was close to a mall, eateries, and parks in the Willow Brook area of this city.
