Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this ryokan is ideally located near several captivating temples, making it perfect for exploring the cultural heritage. With its traditional wooden structure, spacious rooms, and immaculate tatami mats, the experience truly immerses you in Japanese authenticity. The bath ritual in the massive wooden tub, accompanied by the calming sounds of birdsong and the serene garden views, offers a transcendent experience. The genuine hospitality of the staff, who go above and beyond, is another standout feature.

Service standards fell short and left us desiring a more attentive and proactive staff.

The garden view from the room and the Japanese style house were amazing. the staff was kind and welcomed us with tea and biscuits. We loved the experience of staying in a traditional hotel and having access to a clean onsen.

The check-in and check-out time was not convenient for us. It was also a bit tricky to navigate around the hotel, as the furniture in the room was not conventional and we were not accustomed to the Japanese style of living.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and had a luxurious and fulfilling experience. The exclusive amenities provided such as the private facilities and the Jacuzzi were exceptional. The Garden area was also breathtaking and a perfect spot for quiet contemplation. The room's exclusive advantages were immaculate, and the service was exemplary.

The only minor issue we encountered was the public bath, which could have been maintained better and needed upgrading. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a relaxing and indulging stay.
