During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenience of having a Keurig coffee brewer in the room, along with a variety of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate K-Cups. It was a nice touch to have these amenities readily available. Additionally, the speedy delivery of requested items from the staff was impressive, whether it was from the cleaners, food servers, or front desk staff. They were always prompt and had a smile on their faces, which added to a positive experience. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to key attractions and amenities nearby.

One drawback during my stay was the lack of cleanliness in the room. the floor was not adequately cleaned, which was concerning given that I had a crawling baby with me.

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites in Billings for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the fun attractions. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of options including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when I was traveling with my service dog. The shower had great water pressure, and having a kitchenette was a plus.

Large rooms and great amenities, including a separate living area and a full kitchen. the rooms were clean, and the pool and billiards room were a hit with my kids. Breakfast offered a nice selection of hot items, which was a pleasant surprise.

We had a pretty good stay over Christmas but were not overwhelmed. the breakfast was a nice touch and so was the hot chocolate. the hotel was located near stores and places to eat which made our last-minute shopping easier. the seating area next to the fireplace was quite cozy.

Our room wasn't cleaned evertime so we had to call down for towels and to take out our own trash. this place was okay but definitely not our favorite.
