Front desk staff were amazing and made us feel welcome. the room was peaceful, offering lovely views. the ample parking made our arrival stress, free. the breakfast was delicious and conveniently located near the hotel's prime spot in town.

There were issues with the check, in system being offline, causing some confusion with room assignments and Wi, Fi availability. the bathroom could use upgrades for the shower drains to avoid flooding.

Staff served me a warm drink on a cold day, nice touch. Place fits me perfectly. Has Free Wi-Fi, Luggage storage, 24-hour reception, Fitness center, Indoor pool. Coming back for New Year.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the breakfast which offered a great variety of food. the location was also a plus point as it was easy to get around. Another advantage was the helpful and friendly staff who were very accommodating to our requests.

We had some issues during our stay including difficulty in pulling the shades and a shower that was flooding the bathroom. the lack of clear instructions for these issues made it necessary to call the front desk for help and this was an inconvenience.
