Spacious and well-maintained suites exceeded my expectations.

During my stay, I encountered multiple issues that detracted from my experience. The hallway carpets were visibly stained and overall cleanliness was a concern—the room simply felt unkempt. I was particularly disappointed with the breakfast service. many items were out of stock and I waited too long for coffee, which was frustrating for my family and me.

The staff were so lekker, treated me like family. The brekkie was a solid start, with fresh eggs and friendly faces serving. Had a good laugh just chatting with the chommie at reception. Caught a decent movie on the big screen in my room too!

The pool could’ve been a bit warmer, but not a deal breaker.

We recently stayed at the Homewood Suites and had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff was efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Our King Suite had ample space, a cozy seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen that made our stay feel like home. We also loved the warm pool and the well-stocked breakfast—definitely a great start to our mornings! Plus, the hotel had plenty of luggage carts available, which helped us a lot since I am disabled. It felt nice to come and go without any drama.

Upon arrival, I was disappointed that there was no one at the front desk to greet me. After a long wait, a worker appeared without an ID badge and didn’t even ask for my identification before checking me in. The room cleanliness was troubling. I found a dirty sheet on the pull-out mattress and stained pillows. When I reported it, the front desk staff failed to apologize and simply told me to come get new linens. Additionally, the carpets in the halls and our room were visibly stained, leaving a poor impression overall. I really expected a cleaner environment during my stay.

i had a really nice stay at homewood suites! the staff was super friendly and the room was huge with a full kitchen that made life easy. the bathroom had a separate sink area which was great for getting ready in the mornin. the breakfast was pretty good and they even have a social hour with snacks and drinks. loved the location too, right off the highway near good food!

the wifi was kinda spotty at times and the pool could’ve been warmer. overall, not bad tho!

Had a great time here during a family dance event. The breakfast crew was something else! They kept the food fresh and were hustling non-stop, with one lady even clearing tables. My daughters loved the fluffy blankets on the pull-out beds—they were a warm hug after a long day.

Not the cheapest place I've stayed, but it was still acceptable value for what we got.
