The breakfast buffet was amazing - one of the best we've ever had. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable.

The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with lots of stores and restaurants. The room was large and comfortable with good wifi. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options.

Located near the airport and a large mall, this comfortable accommodation boasts a friendly and professional staff, spacious rooms equipped with multiple TVs, a microwave, and a fridge. The breakfast buffet with a vast spread of dishes and fruits was fantastic. The refreshing pool is an added bonus. a great place to stay in the northern part of the city.

This luxurious venue had exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the service was exceptional and the Spa center with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and massage options were outstanding. the restaurant offered delicious buffets and in-room breakfasts with a bar/lounge area. the location advantages produced a fantastic experience.

The only minor issue was a slight inconsistency with the room advantages.

The staff was friendly and professional! the hotel was conveniently connected to a large shopping mall, making it easy to access stores and restaurants. the wifi in my room worked well, and the buffet-style breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. the spacious room with two TVs, fridge, and microwave added extra comfort to my stay.

I was disappointed with the AC system in the hotel. the room temperature never went below 22 degrees Celsius, which was warmer than I preferred.

The noisy air conditioning in the room, which kept us up at night. we encountered some communication issues with the staff regarding transportation services.

I had an amazing time staying at the Hotel Spiwak Chipichape in Cali. The location was perfect, with easy access to the popular gym and mall. Being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops was a huge convenience.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of washcloths and limited English channels on the TV, these did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Location wise, this hotel is in a great spot next to an excellent shopping mall, Chipichape Centro Commerciale. It's adjacent to a shopping center complex with a food court, perfect for grabbing a quick bite. Plus, it's just a short walk to the Chipichape shopping mall with lots of stores for everything you could possibly need. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, providing a cozy retreat after a long day. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the pool closes quite early, which can be a bit disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy check-in experience at the reception desk. My room had a huge outdoor terrace with a private hot or cold Jacuzzi, which added a romantic touch to my stay. the room itself was stylish and inviting, with all the necessary amenities like a kitchenette and comfortable bed. the hotel's location, attached to an upscale mall, was convenient for shopping and dining options.

I had a disappointing experience with the communication between the travel desk and front desk. I paid for an airport transfer, but ended up getting scammed by a yellow cab driver who demanded payment at the airport.
