The housekeeping staff were helpful and the gym and hot tub were great amenities. The location was excellent, with plenty of nearby attractions and a quiet, green surroundings.

One negative aspect of my stay was the behavior of a male staff member who handled breakfast and the evening meal. I encountered him several times and found him to be extremely rude and unfriendly.

This hotel is located in a nice area with easy access to the Columbus area and offers great value for money. The staff pays attention to detail and provides excellent service. The rooms are equipped with a cozy fireplace and included breakfast at 845 am is a nice touch.
