The staff kindly assisted with my late check-in on my first stay. This place has everything I need: Handicap parking, Luggage storage, Bar/Lounge, and Shuttle service. I enjoy the Fitness centre, Outdoor pool, Flat-screen TV, and Business centre. Coming back for New Year!.

Spent Xmas at this hotel, and it was a great experience. the breakfast was the highlight of my stay with an extensive spread and delicious options. the hotel's location was perfect, situated close to the airport, making it ideal for travelers. Another advantage was the cleanliness, which was evident in every corner of the hotel. the beds were very comfortable and allowed for a good night's rest.

The staff was not accommodating, especially the check-in agent who was uninterested in helping with my request to change my room from a shower to a bathtub. It is essential for staff to be welcoming to guests to ensure a positive experience.
