Breakfast was great, but the sauna was down.

Had a lovely time exploring NYC! The staff were friendly as, and the room was heaps comfy. But the breakfast was busy as, and it could've been a bit better.

Inconsistent hot water supply could certainly be improved for a more comfortable shower!!! Maintaining the equipment like ice machines needs attention as well!!! Poor soundproofing was quite bothersome during my stay!!!

this hotel is super clean and comfy! the view of the nyc skyline is amazin and the breakfast is included, which is a big plus. the shuttle service was really helpful for gettin to nearby places and the staff was friendly. I love that there's a nice walking path by the river too. overall, it's just a chill spot to relax after hittin up the city.

but the internet kept disconnectin which was annoying, and the ice machine was broken so had to go to another floor for ice.

The location is convenient, especially with the bus

The staff were super friendly even to my dog they gave him treats and made him feel welcome. Breakfast was surprisingly good with lots of options like eggs and waffles perfect for a family before heading out to the city.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got it was still worth it.

Had an awesome time with friends! Location is great with easy bus access to NYC and nearby shops. We loved the friendly staff and enjoyed the yummy breakfast with waffle days! Our group of four had plenty of space in a one-bedroom suite, making it easy to relax after our day exploring Central Park and Times Square.

The only downside was that the hotel felt a bit worn down. it could use some updates. But overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The room was sweet as, heaps space and comfy, but breakfast lacked GF options for my hubby. Loved the location, nice and quiet, though!
