Good breakfast every morning and served a meal each evening in case you did not want to get back out and drive in traffic. Clean spacious rooms and easy access in and out of traffic. Good places to eat nearby.

The hotel is in a location with massive construction going on, making it difficult to access and causing GPS reroutes. the hotel needs serious refurbishing as the furniture is worn and stained, curtains are dirty, and bathroom vanity is missing a footing.

Great comfort and convenience, amazing breakfast with good coffee, extremely clean and organized, helpful staff, close to the highway without noise, kitchenette in the room for extended stays.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.

The location is perfect, close to the Northwest Houston area and conveniently close to everything you need. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms on the only table are well-maintained. And the fact that breakfast is included is a definite bonus.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Houston and had a great experience. the rooms were clean and well-kept. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

There was one minor issue with intermittent WiFi and phone service, but everything else was okay.

The bed was perfect. Great room. Kids enjoyed the pool. Helpful front desk staff. Excellent customer service skills. Exceptional cook and maintenance staff. Close to Lazy Dog restaurant.

The hotel offered a complete and different breakfast, which was a nice bonus. the location was convenient and the hotel had a basketball court and a pool, which provided entertainment for the kids.

Some rooms had issues with hot water, and poor internet connection was common in certain parts of the hotel. the hotel could use some refurbishing as the furniture in the rooms and lobby were worn and stained, and the curtains and carpet were dirty.
